At MOVE ART MISSION S.L. we work to offer you the best experience possible through our products and services. In some cases, we need to collect information to make this possible. We care for your privacy and we believe that we should be transparent on the matter.

The user will be held entirely responsible for the veracity and the rectification of the data provided, thereby exonerating MOVE ART MISSION S.L. of any responsibility. The users must guarantee and respond, in any case, of the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and pledge to keep them appropriately updated. The user agrees to provide full and accurate information when filling in the register or subscription form. MOVE ART MISSION S.L. reserves the right to end the services hired by the user, if the data he or she provided were false, incomplete, imprecise or where not up to date.
MOVE ART MISSION S.L. will not answer to the veracity of any information provided by third parties. Thereby, it does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may result from the use of such information.
MOVE ART MISSION S.L. reserves the right to update, modify, or delete the information within its web, being able to deny or limit the access to such information. MOVE ART MISSION S.L. is exonerated from any liability concerning damages the user might experience due to errors, faults or omissions in the information provided by MOVE ART MISSION S.L. when coming from external sources.

HOW DO WE DEAL WITH MINORS PERSONAL DATA?
Our services do not specifically target minors. However, if any of our services were targeting children under the age of 14, in compliance with Art. 8 of GDPR and Art. 7 of the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, 2018, (LOPDGDD) MOVE ART MISSION S.L. will demand the minor's legal guardians to provide a valid, unrestricted, unequivocal, precise and informed consent in order to process the minor's personal data. In this case, the person giving consent must provide an ID or any other form of identification.
If the user is over 14 years of age, his or her consent is enough to proceed with data processing, except in those cases in which the law requires the assistance of his or her custodial parents or legal guardian.
WHAT SECURITY MEASURES DO WE USE TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
MAM ART MISSION S.L. has implemented the security measures legally required to protect personal data and also tries to implement other additional means and technical measures at their disposal against loss, misuse, changes, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided to MOVE ART MISSION S.L.
MOVE ART MISSION S.L. will not be held responsible for any hypothetical damages caused by interferences, omissions, interruptions, viruses, telephonic failures or cuts in the operating functions of this electronic system, due to reasons exceeding the control of MOVE ART MISSION S.L; delays or crashes in the systems caused by failures or overloads in telephone lines or in the Data Process Center, in the Internet or in other digital systems, as well as damages caused by third parties through illegal interferences that MOVE ART MISSION S.L. cannot control. The user must be aware that Internet security measures are not invulnerable.
